Luis C. Caban

Luis C. Caban has been the executive director of SINA (Southside Institutions Neighborhood Alliance (SINA) since 2000. Caban’s extensive housing and community development experience has been a major asset to the board. He has been a consultant for HUD, served as vice president of the National Hispanic Housing Coalition and has over 30 years of senior management experience in both the business and private not-for-profit sectors. Caban has been a member of the CCEDA board since 2007.
