Margaret Buchanan

Margaret Buchanan was appointed to the CCEDA board in 2006 and is the President of the Greater Hartford Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO, representing 70 union organizations.  Ms. Buchanan has twenty-five years of experience in the field of labor relations and in union leadership.  She serves on the National AFL-CIO Advisory Board and she is an executive board member of the Connecticut State AFL-CIO. Ms. Buchanan is very active in community organizations and is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.
